Jonah Daigle
President/CEO
Jonah Daigle joined Outside Unlimited in the fall of 2012 as our General Manager. Jonah, originally from Maine, returned to New England after 4 ½ years as the operations manager for a large landscaping and snow removal company located in St. Paul Minnesota. During his tenure as Operations Manager for the company in Minnesota, Jonah helped the Owner grow the company from 15 employees to 40 employees and helped grow annual sales from $1.3 Million to almost 4 million.
Jonah brings many years of experience in, and knowledge of, the landscaping industry to Outside Unlimited and he specializes in irrigation, turf, snow removal and urban arboriculture. Jonah oversees all operations for Outside Unlimited. One of Jonah’s passions is irrigation and water conservation. Jonah has partnered with Conserva Irrigation of Minnesota to start Conserva Irrigation of New Hampshire. The sole focus of the company is smart use of water. Conserva Irrigation is hoping to transform the irrigation landscape with its innovative ideas and processes.
Outside of work Jonah enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, whitewater rafting and is very active in the local snowmobiling community. He resides in New Hampshire with his family.

Christine Holmes
Office Manager
Christine joined the Outside Unlimited team during the summer of 2013 in the role of Office Manager. Christine spent her prior 16 years as the Office Manager of a Large local building services company which was later purchased by a Large National Company. Christine’s start in the industry began with her father’s local property maintenance company in Meredith, NH . Christine has participated in many roles with each of these companies from being in the field performing services, to her current role of Director of Administration all of these companies have given her a wide array of knowledge which has been instrumental in giving back to the immense growth Outside Unlimited has seen in the last several years. Christine has been with Outside Unlimited through the company’s structural changes and its continued National growth and during this transition she has continued to lead the administrative team creating what is now our compliance division.
Christine resides in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with her daughter and son along with the face of Outside Unlimited “ Blizzard “ a golden retriever pup and “Dozer “ the cat, who she rescued as a stray from Outside Unlimited’s previous location. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, the ocean , camping and particularly enjoys frequent visits to Florida when it’s not snowing .

Gregory H. Schuler Sr
Director of National Accounts
Greg has been working in the green industry for over 30 years. He has a MD Pesticide License, Sediment and Erosion Certification in MD, NCMA NATIONAL Concrete Masonry Association, ICPI Interlock Concrete Paver Institute. Greg has experience working at Property Management, National Service provider firm, Landscape design firms doing construction, maintenance, design, plant installation and pesticide application. Greg coordinates and helps oversees quality control of National Account Services. Greg enjoys motorcycles, billiards, gardening, and playing with his grandkids to name a few activities outside of work. Greg resides in Maryland with his family.

John M. Antoniak III
Field Operations Manager
John has been in the construction industry for over 20+ years. He grew up running heavy machinery for his dad’s company starting at the age of 14. He worked his way up through the ranks and became a site foreman at the age of 19. He carries many certifications including but not limited to OSHA, MSHA and Safety Coordinator. He really enjoys teaching and mentoring employees that are new to the industry. He has a keen eye for landscape design and attention to detail. John coordinates all the day to day operations and scheduling for the employees where he oversees quality control of the jobsites. Some of Johns favorite hobbies are riding his motorcycle, Hiking , Kayaking and most importantly spending quality time with his family. John resides in New Hampshire with his family.

Vanessa Abell
Compliance Administrator
Vanessa is new to the team, joining the company in January 2023. Although not well versed in the Landscaping & Snow Removal Industry yet, she has an eye for detail and is known for her diligence. She comes with 22 years of experience in the Fire Garment Industry, which taught her everything from being ISO 9001 and Sox compliant to piece work stitching, with some Accounting knowledge thrown in for good measure.
Vanessa spends her work days ensuring insurance policies meet Outside Unlimited’s requirements and is learning various other tasks under the guidance of Christine. Vanessa resides in NH with her husband and two daughters and enjoys sewing, people watching and sharing a laugh with loved ones over a good meal.

Michael Dwyer
Area Account Manager
Michael began his long career in the green industry working summers throughout High School and College for a landscape company in Walpole, MA,. He eventually became a Crew Leader for Special Details and Pruning Crews. After graduating from Boston College with a double major in Philosophy and History, Michael realized his passion and continued in the green industry for the next 10 years. In that time he was a Market Account Manager for CT, MA, RI, NH and ME managing 200-300+ sites for snow removal and or landscaping in a given year. Currently, Michael oversees the quality control of landscaping and snow removal accounts in Southern New England here at Outside Unlimited. Away from work, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends on Cape Cod.

Michael Balzer
Area Account Manager
Mike has been involved in all phases of landscape and construction projects throughout his career. He has 25 years of management and sales experience. The last 10 years he has successfully managed hundreds of commercial landscape properties In all outdoor services. He strives in building and maintaining long standing relationships and figuring out solutions when problems arise. Mike currently resides in Long Island NY with his wife and enjoys the beach, golf, hockey and spending time with friends and family.

Andrew Davis (CPH, CBLP)
Area Account Manager
Andrew Davis started in this industry in 1994 in Maryland at a small well known retail garden center. He has since then held a variety of roles within the industry.
In 2009 Andrew obtained his certification in horticulture and in 2022 received his certification in storm water management through the Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional certification program. Andrew has been married for almost 30 years and has one daughter who is currently working on her masters in Psychology. The family enjoys their two dogs and loves the outdoors and loves to travel as well.

Area Account Manager
Ashley is a Regional Account Manager dedicated to providing outstanding service. She has been working in the Green Industry for the past 10 years in a variety of roles including Horticulture Manager at the historic Homewood Cemetery in Pittsburgh, PA and as the Operations Manager at a landscaping company in Boston, MA. Ashley holds a certificate in Horticulture Technology from Bidwell Training Center. Outside of work Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and new baby girl in their home in New Jersey. Lara Hutchinson
Area Account Manager
Lara has worked in various positions in the green industry for the past 20+ years including sales and for different landscape design firms.
She has run landscape crews doing fine gardening, plant installation, drip irrigation, organic practices and working with clients on design and plant selection.
She has studied at The NYBG taking classes in soil science, Insect Identification, Pruning, and a gardening class which covered everything from planting and propagation to weed control and integrated pest management.
In her free time Lara likes to travel and is an avid gardener.

Jeremiah Zitz
Area Account Manager
Jeremiah joined the Outside Unlimited team with 15 years experience working in the “green industry”. During his career he has worked in a variety of roles including business ownership. Being able to draw on these experiences and knowledge enables him to provide a valuable service for our customers. Jeremiah obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York. In addition to his undergraduate and graduate coursework he has completed studies in landscape design, plant management, plant identification and pest control. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. He enjoys traveling, coaching and volunteering in the community. He engages in a variety of outdoor activities including gardening, fishing, and biking.

Administrative Assistant
Matt brings 10 years of experience in various industries including finance, construction, retail, and the education technology space.
While working in multiple business functions he has learned how to help organizations run efficiently. He leverages technology to move operations forward by improving systems and processes to help drive the success of the business.
